Welcome to the home of Ottawa’s most established and renowned body piercing shop. A special thank you for everyone who has made it possible for us to be celebrating 20 years of services. With over 20 years combined piercing experience we are sure to make any piercing that you receive from us the best one possible. Universal has been a fixture of Ottawa’s tattooing and piercing industry for over 20 years and in the same Rideau Street location.   We use on site medical industry sterilization methods (autoclave/steam), new sterile disposable medical grade needles and sterile medical grade surgical steel piercing jewelry.  We are health board inspected and regulated.  (That should all be a given.) We contribute the success of our business to outstanding service, cleanliness, quality and client loyalty.
